We accept the following major health insurance as long as your plans cover acupuncture treatment.  We are also happy to help you verify your health benefits if you're unsure of your coverage.  For most of out of network plans, itemized bills can be provided with proper billing codes so you can submit them to your insurance for reimbursement.  You're also welcome to use your HSA or FSA card to cover your treatment.  If your insurance carrier is not listed here, please contact our by phone at 347.460.7234.
